The Jazz in the Square concert series has been bringing live high quality jazz to Roslindale
since September 2003. In addition to providing a great, economical, musical experience, the
series contributes to the economic vitality of Roslindale by bringing people into the commercial
district in the evening where they can eat at one of Roslindale Village's fine restaurants and
check out its varied stores. Jazz in the Square is a collaboration between
Roslindale Village Main Streets
and the Roslindale Congregational Church.
Almost all concerts are on the first Friday of each month at 7:30 pm. All are held at the:

There is plenty of free parking in the church lot and on Washington Street and Cummins Highway. We
request a $10 donation for admittance. Children under 12 are $5; children under 6 are free.
Unlimited snacks and bottled water are available for a single $2 per person donation.
A Night Out in the Neighborhood - Double Savings
Roslindale's restaurants and Jazz in the Square have teamed up to bring you savings for a "Night
out in Your Neighborhood."
Dine at a participating restaurant between 5 and 7 p.m. and receive 10% off of your entire meal
and get a coupon good for $2.00 off of the cost of the concert (Thank you, Roslindale Village Main Streets, for organizing this).
